Very pleasant experience at Elements @ Way Way Point. The place is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. I went for a microneedling treatment and was impressed by the professionalism and clear explanation of the procedure. The team made sure I was comfortable throughout. Special thanks to Lisa, Carol, and Kin for their warm and attentive service. They were friendly, professional, and made the visit very reassuring. Would recommend for anyone considering aesthetic treatments and will return again.

Undergoing hairloss and dandruff treatment. Dandruff treatment was fine as it was gone after one session. After month i had hair coloring and after that i had a severe hairloss. I just availed another treatment and hoping it’s good. But i commend the great service esp from Chloe. She takes time and making sure that all the services is done properly and not rushing. Extra massage was fantastic.

I was asked to leave a review which I usually don't do for services but I truly appreciate the people here so here are my honest opinions as a customer of 9 years and counting. I have oily scalp and dandruff issues. I once had severe hair loss too from using a commercial shampoo which also damaged my hair and scalp. After doing bi-weekly hair treatment, within 2 months, my condition improved alot. I now only use the anti-dandruff shampoo from the store and no longer felt my scalp itchy. Every few months, I also do the hair spa. The head shoulder massage makes me relax everytime and the hair spa makes my hair super silky. Today's hair spa was done by Miki but the other staff also do a great job every time. All the staff including the hair stylist (in the past and now) are super nice people too so talking to them is easy and comfortable. 🙂

I visited 6 elements hair spa at Parkway Parade and did their hair spa detox treatment. Goy was absolutely fantastic. I enjoyed the massage which was very nice and she was very gentle and friendly too! Best head and shoulder massage of my life.

Highly recommended hair professionals. My hair loss problem improved after 3-5 sessions, cleaner scalp with visible baby hair growing. The sessions can be customised to be more affordable as compared to other places. Jessie, Cindy, Elise, Ann ,Carol, Lisa, Chloe makes a great team. Sincere and efficient.

Came for my spa treatments this evening, Carol will check the condition of my hair and advised me and also give right treatment then she wash my hair. It was definitely good service. Followed by Lisa who did the spa hair treatment and shoulder massage were both so good and when I mentioned to her I have abit of headache. She went extra miles to massage so well for me. She was attentive and listen to client need. Overall both of their service are super good.
