Our Treatment
Step 1. Analysis
Upon completion of the Hair Questionnaire and detailed analysis of your scalp with our Analysis Scanner, our well-trained professional consultants will formulate your Treatment Programme according to our evaluation of your particular problems, taking into consideration of your health, scalp conditions, stress level, hormonal factors, and hereditary traits. We will then educate you on the best approach to a successful Treatment Programme.
Step 2. Treatment
Once you have your individualised recommended Treatment Programme, your consultant will personally prescribe the concoctions and treatment protocol most suitable for your conditions during each visit.
Step 3. Follow-Up
Monitoring and adjustments of Treatment Programme. Each case is unique, hence different people react differently to our Treatment Programme. Your scalp will be scanned periodically and your consultant will closely monitor and review your progress, modifying the treatment protocol if necessary so that you will be able to maximize its benefits.
FAQ
Is there any hidden charge or other fees involved?
There’s no hidden charge. Customers will only require to pay for the first trial promotional amount. Other fee(s) may apply if there is a continuation of treatment plan or any other add-on services.
How long it takes to see results?
In general, you will notice a better scalp condition after the first session. However, the time it takes to see healthier scalp or hair growth results may vary depending on the cause of your scalp and hair issue as well as individual factors such as heredity and treatment response.
Consistency in using the chosen treatment and following our hair specialist’s recommendations is crucial for achieving the best possible outcome and we will provide personalized guidance based on your scalp condition.
How long does each session take?
About 1 and a half to 2 hours.
Will I need to sign a package after the trial session?
Different scalp problems needs to different number of treatments. It depends on the severity of the scalp issue.
Is there a minimum age to qualify for the promotion?
Above age 21, Under 21 years old need to be accompanied by an adult.
How do I redeem my trial session? May I bring a friend along?
Everyone is encouraged to call and book appointment a day ahead to ensure your slots. You may inform us of how many person will be attending and we will be more than happy to book the appointment.
Why do I need to book an appointment?
It is recommended to make a reservation to avoid appointment slots fully taken out.
